What a thought to embrace today!
Do I KNOW this truth for myself?
Do I long to be known by God?
Do I care about Him?
How incredible to to try to comprehend!
This Good Shepherd came to know us, desires to have fellowship with us daily, has plans for us, means good for us, watches over us, seeks us,comforts us, forgives us and call us to be HIS OWN.
Why?
Because of LOVE.
Is there any love you know like this?
I do not.
Yes, it is consuming, intense, possesive, intimate, all inclusive, BUT is is the most COMPLETE Love you will ever experience.
The Love of God for His people is revealed through JESUS.
HE came.
HE died.
His shed Blood covers our sin.
HE arose
He’s coming again
HOW do I KNOW?
The Bible tells me so!
We come into His Life through repentance.
We confess our sins and give Him our longings, dreams , our past, present and future.
Then we belong..
We are HIS.
What security!
What promise!
What HOPE!
We are KNOWN by GOD!
HE knows who belongs to HIM.
Do you know that you know?
Because if you don’t know that you know, you probably do not KNOW.
” Holy GOD, call someone today to seek YOU, to find YOU and then they will KNOW that they know because of JESUS in whose NAME and LIFE I pray!
