Billie Cash is a southern lady of many talents who claims Memphis, Tennessee as her hometown. She attended the University of Memphis, where she majored in Theater. Her communications skills led to successful ventures in radio announcing at WHER, America’s first “all women’s” station, TV commercials, fashion commentating and teaching. On July 4, 1963, Billie was wed to Ensign Roy Cash, Jr., USN in Pensacola, FL, and the adventure of life as a Navy wife began to energize and showcase her numerous abilities.
