A Beauty Lift
This morning I awakened to more than rain.
A tall stately Iris is blooming in my garden.
I did not plant her.
She is a surprise.
Sudden thunderstorms moved through last night, shaking the area and she was birthed.
A regal, velvety purple flower with lots of buds waiting to bloom– surprise!
I smiled and drank in the beauty of God’s “Lifts.”
We never know where they will be But we can expect them.
Showers are sudden and so appear the beauties of God to us.
Suddenly we are filled with anxiety for a project must be completed.
Suddenly we we cry out for mercy for a friend in need.
Suddenly a crisis of heath looms.
Suddenly uncertainty overtakes us.
So, look out your window today and ask God to show you that He loves you.
He will.
He wants to lift your faith so He brings beauty to you BUT you must look for HIM.
” Because he is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken.
Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices.
my body will aslo live in hope because you will not abandon me…” Acts 2:25
What a beauty “Lift “HE gave to my faith from His Word and from my garden.
Some bird must have brought this gift and into the soil it dropped.
I was not aware of it until today.
God is dropping seeds of trust and belief into your hearts every day.
Believe and look for His beauty.
Suddenly it will come up when you need it.
Be blessed and” LIFTED” because of Jesus.
